What are your candles made of?
We use a blend of luxurious, all-natural organic coconut wax and other high-quality natural ingredients. Unlike the paraffin wax, our candles are eco-friendly meaning no toxins, carcinogens, or pollutants will be omitted into your home. Every candle is formulated without phthalates, preservatives, additives, or dyes.
Our wicks are pure cotton with a paper braid that are zinc & lead free and among the best wicks in the candle industry.
Do your candles have a good hot/cold scent throw?
Yes, coconut wax candles give off a rich, even scent throw that can fill a small room and does not overwhelm the senses.
What size are the candles?
We currently offer two sizes of candle vessels. Our ‘Signature Collection’ candles are poured in glass vessels that measure 5.25” tall (with lid) by 3.25” wide. Each vessel weighs 24 ounces, holding approximately 7.5 ounces of wax.
Our ‘Classic Collection’ candles are poured into glass vessels that measure 3.5” tall (with lid) by 3.5” wide. Each vessel weighs 24 ounces, holding approximately 6.5 ounces of wax.
These candles are best suited for bedroom-sized rooms. They are not meant to fill a great room.
With proper care, our candles will burn for up to 40 hours.
What size are your diffusers?
Our diffusers contain100mL of fragrance-blends, housed in an eco-friendly glass vessel measuring 3” tall by 2.75” wide. Each diffuser weighs approximately 9 ounces.
Diffusers are best suited for entryways, standard-size bathrooms, and smaller den-sized rooms. We recommend placing diffusers near doorways.
With proper care, our reed diffusers will last approximately 3-4 months.
How often will you change your fragrances/scents?
We will always have our signature collection of scents available. Seasonally we may introduce limited edition scents. Looking for a particular scent, please let us know!
What are your shipping details?
We are a small business working to fulfill orders as quickly as we can. Please allow for 5–7-day processing time. We are currently shipping Monday through Thursday via USPS. Please note, during warmer months we will not be shipping on Fridays to protect your package from extended exposure to heat over the weekend.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only shipping within the US. However, we are exploring options to ship internationally.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number to the email provided. It can take up to 48 hours for the shipper to update tracking information.
Do you offer reduced pricing for bulk orders?
If you are interested in bulk ordering for weddings, corporate gifting or if you want to stock up on your favorite scent, please submit an inquiry through our contact form and we will get back to you with bulk order details.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final unless there is an issue with your candle or diffuser.
What if I receive my package and it is damaged or defective?
If you receive your item(s) and it is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number, photos of all packaging materials and merchandise, so we can resolve the issue.
